咁藍澄灣依家平均幾錢呎呢? 我個人認為新樓只要有健身室 同泳池就OK. 我最鐘意我地個泳池有200米長.  :em04:

最初買藍澄灣嘅時候 本樓書夠講到点正点正 尤其係交通不知幾方便 点知............而家我都唔信呢啲樓書講嘅嘢啦!

but 交通 really 方便 in 西灣河!!!! That's true (not like us) because now i live near 嘉亨灣 i can see the construction process

but not really worth at this price!!! 我就覺得佢隔離"逸濤灣"好D 話晒都係名牌"SWIRE"樓

hai~~~have to pay $150 per month lei that means an addition of $0.2/square feet management fee on top of $1.3. frankly $1.5/square feet is not cheap among other estates and don't forget HOW GREAT our facilities are and we have to SHARE with hotel tentants.

there's very great! i saw the demo flat last night. the clue house is excellent. two flats of one tower only have message bath in master room when u'r bathing u also have a sea-view.  :em11:

But it too close to the typhoon shelter there has a little bad smelt and noisy for lower floor is not so good. Walk to MTR station take around 5minutes and without cover. If the average price is around 7K. There has many choice in HK island.

Though it's a bit expensive 宇晴軒都7kper feet 先叫做唔底,起碼港島東都貴過長沙灣呀!講開又講,宜家d樓”yuk”d 都上到7k啦,記唔記得深灣軒呀?我都住南區,都叫幾熟nei區,我可以講句,佢nei個位置就一定唔值,而且原本係居屋添,但係鬼叫佢係shk,又比d濶太買貴哂!我最初都有考慮佢,但因交通不便,後來更因升得太勁,所以先放棄jai。

宇晴軒直頭唔直啦! 深灣軒 I also have a look at the SARS priode. The price just around $32XX. But after  consider the location is not convenient. So we didn't buy it. Finally chose RC.

RC is not bad in the location. It is only becasue this is new area so no any old transportation support at the begining. After we move in and have a big demand on the transportation. Then it will become better. Of course we want to have as more as shuttle bus route to support RC before all of us move in. But we must think about how to blanance the cost and serivce. All of the cost issue is come from us.
