究竟大家明唔明白什麼是中央鮮風系統??
我就問過一個做建築的朋友意見:
他說這個系統是搵把風扇吹入中央鮮風糟然後再吹入不同的單位.跟我的朋友就帶出另一些問題就是維修及空氣質素的問題.這些中央鮮風糟需要定期維修及清潔.否則就會蘊藏大量的細菌.影響我地室內的空氣質素.又再衍生多一個問題究竟這畢錢是ck俾定係我地俾.
現在我的朋友就叫我俾份樓宇買賣合約給他look look terms.因為我冇影印這份合約唔知大家有冇呢.可否於9/8帶這part(影印)出來. 或者fax這part給我給我的friend研究研究.

其實如果定期維修及清潔應該都會係管理費中比...亦即係話在我地俾....
而如果大家唔放心會有大量的細菌的話可以在出風口位加裝hepa filter (99.97%filtering)
不過正常佢出風位係有filter的不過我諗清潔方面要自己做返了.....
而且佢個filter可能只係隔到dust 而隔唔到細菌

其實我本人覺得這個中央鮮風系統對我們沒有用途只不過是ck強行安裝給我們但之後的維修費又要我們支付實在不值得!唔知可以要求ck滿意紙之後拆佢呢???

係公司中央冷氣一個人病其他人好快都感冒因為空氣唔流通

那又不用怕因為這裏的鮮風系統是有別一般寫字樓或商場.

寫字樓或商場 “泠氣系統” 是有 return air i.e. 一個人病其他人都有機會中焦

這裏的鮮風系統是直接是天台吸入新鮮空氣經 filter 及抽濕然後送到各單位多出來的空氣會由廁所的抽氣扇排走或由窗排出屋外是一個較好的設計.

Fresh air intake should be far away Exhaust air grille. No such stupid engineer ma?? put two air grilles together.

Moreover all the design should under guide books and standards.

都係都係~~不過情況有時會有唔同
fire will flow to flesh air.....特別係多flameable material/flameable vapour多既地方..

open window to draw-in fresh air directly. In my own opinion if the air through PAU means treated i.e. better than direct draw-in.

However proper maintenance is needed. Otherwise the result becomes negative.
