For bad news there are many negative image to RC when I heard someone chatting RC with friends... e.g. noisy environment air ventilation system problem not a residental area problem use precast concrete unit construction problem etc. actually i don't worry about that problems.

For good news i can buy a cheaper NEW flat in Tsing Yi where is near my parents. For swimming pool (200 meters) facilities it is the selling point from the developer. it is also my attractive point for me to buy the RC.
The above bad news and good news is my opinion only. Please comment for my point of view?

只好對bad news 散播者講句"吃不到的葡萄是酸的"

講真咁既價錢可以買都樓(仲要係新樓得黎又有會所又算係市區)除左多謝Mr Tung 之外仲想點呀?????????????
