I think most of us are very disappointed about 和黃 and Paul Y.  I think we should not give them time anymore.  Just report to 傳媒 and give them pressure from 傳媒 instead of from us. (傳媒壓力 is much more efficient than us)

Do you agree ??

係0羅 佢地其實已經很努力啦.... 交form及同師傅傾時都有求必應。不過現在正是高峰期,大家都想快d。俾些少時間他們啦.... 話晒都有四星期,過時先丙鑊金佢啦。無謂弄大件事.....

but I have already submitted the form on Apr 5 but now still not yet one month (4 weeks) passed ???

我支持槍頭應向執漏工人因為大家都比較清楚好明顯系里班工人存在著問題而且情況重開始嚴重到連管理處都管吾倒呀 :shock:

Why so slow? I also submitted the form on the same date as you but kitchen and toilet is okay  for 2 weeks ar bo......( i don't request them to settle problem in living room coz i started decoration)

Need to call and force them to increae staff to settle it....give them a deadline.  Defect office's staff is polite and helpful indeed.

Polite is no use. We only want a "normal" quality of flat. We are not asking for "perfect" la. Mine already 3 weeks. Nothing change but even worse and worse. The workmanship is too bad. :em13:  :em13:  :em13:

Actually I don't agree with you.

For example when your dog 大小便 in public area what's the responsibility ?  Of course you not your dog.

Similar for the case when your child 大小便 in the lift what will you scold ?  Of course his father/mother.

So for this case 槍頭 is not 執漏工人.

我覺得要把已執漏的資料收集如果執得唔好要管理公司交代和保證其他未執漏的單位不能再有相同的問題否則一世都執唔完。

Exactly agree we are not asking for more than what we should have. We only want to get back a house with reasonable quality that a reasonable man expect to have.
