I Know many of RC owner are very angry with HWL. But for me I presumed the quality would be bad when I bought HWL's flat. It's the fact that HWL cannot bring you the quality as Sun Hung Kei's flats. Fortunately my flat seems not suffering serious defects. What I am worrying is the delay in fixing the defects.
Anyway what I can do is to look for a fair quality decoration with a fair price (limited budget ma) no matter any story behind. Hope that can make my home looks good after decoration.
