Big problem:
1. 泳池水深 1.2M
2. 管理費包和記寬頻 (上次去開管理公司個會話管理費唔會包寬頻) – Limit our choices
3. 大門門鎖cannot auto Lock
4. 廁所抽氣沒有開關
5. 廚房要close左度門先可以開到個雪櫃
6. 酒店客輕易過到藍澄灣

Small problem:
1. 細房近窗台o既牆角唔齊
2. 廁所門個窿太闊
3. 廚房門太ar位
4. 廚房太細
5. 地磚同地磚之間D灰顏色同地磚唔match
6. 地磚 - 有很多空心磚
7. 窗鉸位有問題
8. 座廁鬆
9. 大門廚房及廁所地板有很多花痕
10. 廁所沖水位漏水
11. 幾處地腳線亦有裂痕
12. 廚櫃門唔平
13. 喇叭線係邊

大門門鎖好似會Auto Lock的我朋友(住係昇悅)話用左HK$2k換左我地藍澄呢個門鎖因為有Auto Lock. (而昇悅原來過個係冇Auto Lock的)

1.大廈外場未清得夠乾淨.
2.大廈門口keyboard 裝得唔好及有好多花痕.
3.熱水爐溫度控制器安裝在盪門後面好唔方便.

唔係一般都係冇auto-lock既咩???
好似係怕人唔記得羅鎖匙所以就冇auto-lock.
如果返屋企面個門係鎖左即係話一定有帶鎖匙出街... 所以唔見左鎖匙都一定知.

Our 大門門鎖 can auto-Lock ka....there have 2 buttoms at the side of the lock u can choose auto lock or not ka....u try again la but remember to bring the key with u woo...hehe :em12:

個門鎖後面有個制比你"拍"架可能係示範單位"拍"起左咁就唔駛人地Lock左大門 ...

我地藍澄個門鎖唔錯架(出面要兩千左右) 唔好樣樣野都罵有時可能會找到一些驚喜

depends on the whole 門鎖 or 鎖心. 鎖心 is just a few $4XX - 8XX

橫樑 - hate that there are a very large 橫樑 across the rooms and living room (as L). 信風水的小心橫樑壓頂要避開張床.

i found out my flat 1st day inspection

2 of the windows less screws
lot of hollow floor with scratch
stains on walls
water stain below air-con unit
indoor - door bell unit missing

and i will chsck again for 2nd day inspection right after this message

(2)大門有花痕
(3)廳/toilet的地下有'崩'的磚
(4)廳/toilet的地下的磚不平會'整損'腳

As I always work close with mgt. company never expect they will followup those reported items in the meeting. They will only followup when the problem get worse or pass to media this is their style.

Besides you want to followup only trust back and white (letter complain) especially Mr. Lee's business...

I am playing I am also member of RC I just want to express mgt. company is never trustful.

auto lock 個 lock 係 lock 住門外面個 handle 等佢 berk 唔到

膽係匙洞+桿用來move 個 lock 入面d 機關

鎖位置一定有偏差架同一個人整兩把鎖可以唔同架 ~

但匙膽唔會架 ... 因為匙膽係套入個鎮架雖然匙心都有長有短但除非個工人 cut 到好盡如果唔係應該 fit 得入其他同一款既鎖

交換就唔使 cut 之前d工人 cut 左
新買因為佢要預左俾唔同厚度既門同鎖使用所以一般都會預長等你自己 cut...
