mind唔mind話我知你幾月買架? 我係7月頭買架我好想問我個agent呢個問題好耐因為以我所知中原有好多回贈架唔係淨係refund架重有埋食zr 唔可以話後悔囉but我只係想攪清楚同埋睇個agent點reply我.

我係8月中買既當時發展商送左以下物品:

1.  律師費 (數千) 及厘印 ($23k)
2.  $39800 傢俬套餐
3.  相等於樓價 2% 的 coupon (本人選擇了$10k 百佳 $30k 豐澤)

係我個 agent 幫我叫發展商送既個 agent 仲話其他人都係得 1% 既 coupon
而佢幫我到 2% 所以我都冇問佢回佣

I got a 2-person free lunch buffet in Hunghom 海逸.
Another HKD100 free coupon but should be spent at least HKD500.
The $100 coupon is not offered from agent but RC's buyer.

It depends on your payment terms.

I chose the payment term "

lan C" (no discount) but they still gave me 3% discount on the flat. I think you can bargin with Hutchison if you really want to buy RC. :em03:

Actually the "

lan C" have no discount because it is no need to pay the instalment for the first 15 months. My agent said it was very special for me to have the 3% discount and he will give me an extra 1% rebate for the flat. (that means totally I got 4% discount for this transaction). But up to now I have not yet receive the rebate from my agent. (still waiting.......... : :cry
