型趣半島下面既青衣坊
全部都差不多每兩個行人就有一個freeman

我地rc plaza每4個行人就有一個hongkongnese 都唔太大問題

而且一般市民去causewaybay + mk 蒲蒲下
索慣佢地陣味就會比佢地同化
所以長線來說
freeman對rc價係冇impact既

the only major problem in rc is that the price go up slowly

this problem is really getting better in the past 1 year
the owner stopped the 'crazy sale'
because we do not urgently need money

we are actually slowly RAISING the marked price and saling price

you can see the (weekly)reports of Fanster that
we are having not many transactions
but the price is really going up

[frankly speaking again even you change the price to very low there may still be no one buying from you in the current situation RC is not known by many people]
