其實如果要改趟門通常千幾蚊搞得掂問題係會唔會影響左你地既 " 火險"問題因為廚房裝自動關上門係建築條例既一種通常新樓呢d 門一定有自動掩上及半小時防火功能

拆牆就唔駛改門框就要啦 ~~

我在朋友的家見過一D好靚的TOILET 和KITCHEN 門是全磨沙OR透明有少少花的是趟門的有冇人知道幾許$?

no plasma or furniture plasma is just given for the one who bought during christmas but i bought the flat in Jan.
For furniture the agent said free for me but i don't want them so I ask for the free stamp fee($3xxxx) and one year managemant fee($1xxxx) total: $4xxxx
