以下是對 rc 分析 : 1. 向前低層無境(因酒店檔住)  2. 向前高層好槽(碼頭)  3. 向山全部西斜  所以樓價升得好慢  你說對嗎 ?

1.  呢類單位唔怕嘈  it depends on 有冇靚女swim 星期1-5 都間唔中幾好景 星期六日仲 hohoho
(我有東涌friend下星期仲有人去佢地泳池拍掌門人...所以近swimming pool 分分鍾特別貴)
2. 向前高層好槽(碼頭) 呢樣野我用自己prove左冇mud impact 老實啦 香港有幾多屋真係open window可以sleep... 我怕呢度既蚊蚊蚊蚊蚊蚊多過碼頭
3. 向山全部西斜  
it depends on how you layout your flat
因為我都好好好後悔無買呢種樓
因為9xx尺
張向西gor面用黎做客廳
張唔向西gor 面做sleeping room 咪duck lor

呢度升duck慢...
你問下中x就知點解
佢地叫我
而家加息
平一成賣左間屋啦...
你話如果真係有人彩佢地...
就真係平左一成

i had still not yet tell you guides that
a cenxxx agent phoned and told me
'well the cycle of raise in interest rate will reach an end soon'
i suddenly found that this axx living below my house knows alot about
econometrics monetary policy exchange rates and he knows more
than 'yum chi gon'the director of hsbc
even the above two guys wont say they are sure that there wont be any raise in interest rate in hk in a this cycle!
