以下是對 rc 分析 : 1. 向前低層無境(因酒店檔住)  2. 向前高層好槽(碼頭)  3. 向山全部西斜  所以樓價升得好慢  你說對嗎 ?

1.  呢類單位唔怕嘈  it depends on 有冇靚女swim 星期1-5 都間唔中幾好景 星期六日仲 hohoho
(我有東涌friend下星期仲有人去佢地泳池拍掌門人...所以近swimming pool 分分鍾特別貴)
2. 向前高層好槽(碼頭) 呢樣野我用自己prove左冇mud impact 老實啦 香港有幾多屋真係open window可以sleep... 我怕呢度既蚊蚊蚊蚊蚊蚊多過碼頭
3. 向山全部西斜  
it depends on how you layout your flat
因為我都好好好後悔無買呢種樓

我覺得呢度係街坊盤 街坊價. 生客唔多識貨 先入為主比人老點話嘈 又或者真係係街坊搵借口來砌.

i had still not yet tell you guides that
a cenxxx agent phoned and told me
'well the cycle of raise in interest rate will reach an end soon'
i suddenly found that this axx living below my house knows alot about
econometrics monetary policy exchange rates and he knows more
than 'yum chi gon'the director of hsbc
even the above two guys wont say they are sure that there wont be any raise in interest rate in hk in a this cycle!

Hey boy calm down. Don't blame the agents. They are just copycat from newspapers. Their target is to make deal right. So they will always prepare 2 sets of stories. I do agree that some agents are quite cunning but believe or not is one's own responsibility. But it's their way of living... so take it easy.

Actually this also applies to CK/Hutchison if you check their ad :wink:

I would keep good relationship with them; not for trusting them or not but at least keep myself updated. I would judge on their words. At the end of the day it is my money and I'm the only one to be responsible.

:roll: 好多時未住過唔真知係點，住在40幾樓對碼頭，住過你就知一d都唔嘈，住左半年，只係聽過三四次船的響號，而且是日頭，究竟仲有咩噪音真係唔知！好多人都係因為以為嘈，miss左可以買到又平又靚的海景機會，今日有個agent在樓下，就同個客勁批評6座高層的嘈音，但她真的聽過嗎？隔離屋住山景位太太問過我地有冇嘈音，佢即刻呻笨，話本來就好想買碼頭景！真的，住過才知！即使係買貨尾，現在都升左一兩成，原本諗住投資賺錢，而加都因為個靚景而留低，好天時晚晚望住夜景加近近的月光，工作壓力大都即時舒緩，三千幾蚊尺去邊到搵？[/quote]

我試過被的士佬 銀行職員及律師問過這裡環境係唔係好嘈. 其實嘈唔嘈真係你要住落先知係唔多嘈

我就住o係泳池樓上 雖然有酒店檔住 但係唔等於無境. 當我每朝起身行埋個窗邊就望到個泳池 假日無所事事時就坐o係窗台睇人游水......都幾開心 幾有渡假feel : . 至於遠景都有o家 我可以望到葵涌個邊d屋村 我最唔滿意就係唔係經常有風入屋 有時都幾熱 :em18:

my flat is above the hotel. Honestly it's really not noisy.Instead I think it's quite silent and nice. Especially after the sky changes to dark the night view is fantastic!!!!
