佢可能想開開心心做個好nice 既管理員 唔想位在高處多多責任  :em18:

假設你係員工 D 上司成日只係識得鬧鬧鬧 complaint 嚴肅 少少溫情都無 咁會工作得唔開心 人唔開心 又點會有笑容 又點會有親切既服務
如果上司對你好 有好多時 就算要你 OT 無  pay 你都會好樂意幫佢手 因為佢對你好 你當幫朋友做少少野

我地當管理員係朋友 管理員就當返我地係朋友
管理員見到公眾地方污糟左 有野壞左 都會落力d跟進 做多少少 唔怕蝕底
我地見管理員咁幫得手 又會嘉獎下
