I agree he is really good. Can we group some money ($10 each flat)and buy some gift or prize to him at the chinese new year? Becasue I never saw a security guard is so good like him!

Em..I have think about this also. But I want to let other security guard know how he did a good job. And he really is a outstanding one. Hope other one will re-consider what they did in past year.

Actually I have no idea of this question. But if the prize are give from whole Tower 2 owners not only one person may be acceptable?

About this question I don't think so he has many other friend of secuirty guard in RC now. Because he is outstanding one. His mind should be different to other guard!

I more idea. Can we promoto him to be the leader of security guards to Gary Lam? Then he can increase the salary and he can teach other guards what is the meaning security gurads.

Yes this is one of most easy recoginize him. And also as the below.

1. Walk to door and open it (not only open the door lock).
2. And tell you what kind of notice from RC management in detail when you waiting the lift.
3. Help you to press the lift button.
4. Hold the lift to wait for you enter the lift.
5. Say take care.
6. Of course in morning time will say Good morning to you.
7. Alway smile to you once see you.
8. Record the stranger data if not the resident.

That's just what I saw before. May be still have others.
