Cambridge Audio - 540C and 640C CD Player

Any comment for the 2 CD Player in the specifications?  

The price of the 540C is around $2500 whereas 640C costed $3000.

I ask the shop in "Shing Yau" 6/F he offer me the 540C at $2400!  But I havn't ask for 604C!
Since the sales said that my Cambridge Audio 540R AVAmp only costed $3200 then it is good enough to buy the 540C.  For 640C it's a bit not match with the 540R AVAmp as it is waste the performance of the 640C!
I don't know if he is right or wrong!  What do u think?

Since I think the technology of SACD is not mature enough and there is not much SACD in the market.  And the price of SACD player and SACD is more expensive!  What's ur opinion?

hehe.... I may 2nd hand 640C which costed around $2200 in the review33.....
