I would rather prefer they don't do so and let us has a choice on the ISP

However I don't mind they included the infrastructure. That will be handy and we don't have to play the installation fee again when we subscribe that service. (of course they may already include that on the flat price but since we paid for the flat price already it is better to have more infrastructure and service on demand only)
