III) is pipe duct
IV) is electrical and mechanical room
V) seems outdoor decoration; the rectangular box next to E&M room seems rubbish collocation duct.
VI) is telephone duct and HR (hose reel)
VII) is pipe duct.

IV 唔係水錶房 水錶房 in between L3 lift and VI.

The outdoor unit is only for cold down room temperature fresh air is separated from primary air unit in the roof.

Air flow of kitchen exhaust is just a little. So not much affect.
