It provide only 3MB service now but they said it will be upgraded to 6MB + Now broadband TV later. In fact 3MB is already very good for normal user.

Why? Because I think it is still the best ISP provider in HK. I just extend another 1 year contract.

For those normal user PowerCom is already enough. However if you deserve better it is not a good choice. If you are an online game player you will find the difference.
