Me.. It is quite fast when I use  at night
It is about 500k to 600k if using BT to download...

It provide only 3MB service now but they said it will be upgraded to 6MB + Now broadband TV later. In fact 3MB is already very good for normal user.

Why? Because I think it is still the best ISP provider in HK. I just extend another 1 year contract.

Me too! I use it for several years. Very stable and good customer services! :em11:
Before using PCCW I use "CTX" and it was very terriable.

should we register from mgt office to get a special cable  or the telephone line will be out of service when our CAT 5 cable plup into the room socket?

HGC and PowerCom offers symmetrical upload/download speed while PCCW only provides 256k/512k upload speed
