Can anyone tell me when do we get the cash rebate from bank normally?

normally the bank will give you rebate when the bank pay the amount to your lawer/CK. i.e. the time they loan the money to you. But it is subject to your bank's policy. Please ask your bank for info.

My mortgage bank has rebated the cash to my account direct the next day after the bank has settled the 70%/90% cost with the developer.

I use ICBC as well which have 7.6% cash rebate but with first 3 year in P rate and P-2.6% thereafter. :em02:
