我仔細悅讀過售樓書 冷氣是由發展商提供(並非禮品).  雖然未祥細列明型號. 但發展商應為此系統正常運作負責  正常運作應包括正確設計.

售樓書中並未提供祥細功電大小 如果發展商為每單位只提供1A電 在法律上他們依然有責任修改電力設計以滿足業主的基本居住需要. 正常冷氣在香港是基本居住需要 因此我相信我們是有法律根據. 以我有限之法律常識 我們有許多權益受法律保障而並不需要在售樓書中列明.
