why two amp ?  one amp cannot be used for both audio and AV ?

I want to buy 5.1 speaker and amp and DVD/CD player. any suggestion ?

want to have front speaker as floor standing.
how about surround ??  need floor standing too ?

budget is around 20k for all the equipment.
