1. 每層電梯大堂無泠氣或通風系統.
2. 電梯上落方向無指示.

新增改善之事宜：
3. 將第五座之保安員櫃枱改為面向大門

唉. 都唔知有冇gei錯.. complain so many time 個走廊dirty都冇人理..
今晚在走去complain..
話時話. 點解要人complain佢地先會做野呀..
management fee 又唔係平過人. 的quality就cheap過咩...

最近重係好多外人係早上用5座o的lifts.
好似public area 禁

?? dont understand what you mean  grassman.
i think they can use other rountines to LG but not use residental lifts .

um.. actually  they are not living in T5 .
they are workers and i guess they use the residental lifts to LG or somewhere .
