第五座公眾地方需要維修及跟進之事宜

綜合各人意見，以下是第五座公眾地方需要維修之事宜：

1. 大堂冷氣槽漏水及生銹 -> 依然係有銹及漏水
2. 大堂唔夠冷氣 -> 我覺得好像又差了
3. 梳化隔離盆植物枯死 -> 搬走了，真開心！
4. 密碼制表面油漆脫落 -> 其中密碼制及一個常按之數字損壞十分嚴重
5. 中間部Lift，發現有人where開lift門d膠，用硬物在lift門上刻上"窗簾1座25/F" -> 看看是否需要法律行動  :?:
6. 低層平台(C及D對出窗台的平台位置 即五座商場入口的位置)的生情況很惡劣，經常積聚垃圾(高空擲物)，有老鼠及小 下雨天更有積水，導致低層的蚊患很嚴重 -> 已去信管理處投訴(大半個月前)但到現在還未有任何回覆及相應行動!
7. 平台位置有些安全問題，因有這個平台很容易攀爬，擔心低層住戶的單位會很容易成為盜賊埋手的地方，希望大家關注防盜的問題。
8. 每層電梯大堂(走廊)非常骯髒，投訴2 weeks 無效，無人清潔。骯髒情況嚴重!

由於大廈設計之問題，以下是其他希望改善之地方：

1. 每層電梯大堂無泠氣或通風系統.
2. 電梯上落無電梯所在之樓層指示.
3. 將第五座之保安員櫃改為面向大門

本座已改善之事項：
1. 大門常有問題而唔開 -> 好像已完成維修
2. 大堂信箱底下好多垃圾 -> 已清理

由於小弟現正住在香港島，所以並不是經常去RC，下次去到我會小心觀察，希望其他鄰居去開管理處可以代為通傳 :em14: ；如有其他問題，請回覆！

p.s. 我都有一點想問問呀! 如我們出外時 按 d 電梯按鈕後為什麼電梯到層時沒有"叮"一聲或者提示聲既? 如有失明人士咁點用呀??  8)

um.. actually  they are not living in T5 .
they are workers and i guess they use the residental lifts to LG or somewhere .
