Does anyone know how to connect both LAN and telephone for all 3 sockets (2 sleeping room and 1 sitting room) using only 1 panel for 1 room ?

I know how to connect all 3 rooms with LAN but if connect both LAN and telephone cables for all 3 rooms seems a little bit difficult.

Is it possible ?

Any connection diagram ?
