I approched him on Thursday (yesterday) lunch time he told me they need to followup and will reply me at night ...At that time I think he was just talking.
In fact he replied me the progress (although the answer is "cant get the answer from PaulY yet" ) on 8pm that day. He promise to give me an answer on Friday.
He really phoned me again tonight (friday)!!
And he replied me that the worked was completed... Although I think I need further followup on the issue but he is really helpful and responsible. :em11:
