Any one joined the LIFESTYLEPLUS Free Interior Decoration Consultancy Service package? ($11800 for 1 room flat) They said they are under HWL Group. Is the quality good? Any comment? Thanks!
The salesman brought us to a "sample flat" in Tower 6 which is under their decoration. The paint quality is okay wor. But will it be okay for the "sample flat" only? So anyone had joined their decoration package before and can give us some comments? Thanks a lot!
It is called "Synergy" 肥水不留別人田... within their companies. Since HWL want to force you to buy Lifestyle service they won't gvie quality decoration on handover! If it is good enough you may not refurnish!
I Know many of RC owner are very angry with HWL. But for me I presumed the quality would be bad when I bought HWL's flat. It's the fact that HWL cannot bring you the quality as Sun Hung Kei's flats. Fortunately my flat seems not suffering serious defects. What I am worrying is the delay in fixing the defects.
Anyway what I can do is to look for a fair quality decoration with a fair price (limited budget ma) no matter any story behind. Hope that can make my home looks good after decoration.
