有關窗花問題？？？

: 本公司承接了貴屋苑一位業主委託安裝窗花工程。
度呎後，發覺藍澄灣管理處所指定之窗花款式有很大問題。 :?:  :?:
若按照指定款式安裝，每一個格的見光位都有7吋x7吋，似乎太大了，
一般的見光位都是4吋；見光位太大的話，可能構成危險。你們認同嗎？
希望各位業主向管理處反映。
本公司亦己做好一個樣辦，可供各業主參考。

個窗同窗花設計成咁主要原因就係想我地唔開窗減少窗外的聲音傳入屋內??!!真係用心良苦喎!?

我都覺得真係好有問題 佢咁整都真係好危險
我未見過窗同窗台中間有空隙 通常其他樓係上半隻窗開到 下面係封住的
佢就設計奇特 成隻窗可以開 又封淨少少隙
搞到我真係唔知點做先好!!! 搲哂頭!! :?:  :?:

do not 封實 later may need to repair the window level!
I think this is critical design problem must be escalated and fixed by the developer asap before the peak decoration period.

Imagine one a 玻子 rolling out from this gap of a window in 4x/F. It could have kill someone!

如果擺d小裝飾係窗台 真係分分鐘會跌落街呀~

上次收樓班 friend 坐在窗台吹水 起身走先見到其中一個手袋已經有 1/3 從下面條空隙伸左出街...

are you aware of an opening at the bottom of the window (just below the guarding glass). seems this opening is big enough to drow batteries or small stuff down. Be careful.

I guess it is also design and we may need to find mgt office block the opening to avoid any accident.
