請問有無人知道管理費是否已包括火險? [複製鏈接]

管理費是否已包括火險?
因為銀行已寄信來催要交火險保費
如是的話我們應該不用再付否則double

but.. as i know all mortgage include 1-2 yrs 火險 wor. Or you are so rich that you don't need to do apply mortgage :em07:

0係銀行做按揭一定要買火險架所以咪俾銀行催0羅而且銀行好多時係送第二年火險 1st yr 要自己pay :em05:

火險保費大約是$1700左右(全年)
但需要一次過繳付給銀行
