我就唔信謊唔係地產公司"昆"人上去睇然後又話個個單位已經賣左不過手上仲有幾個都諗得過...(然後就個catalogue 出黎sell 第二個單位) :?

It's the usual tactics of property agents - mark a low price (or a low "建議還價") in ad to attract you to approach them. :wink:

Agenty lower price to attract ppl to have interesting in RC and told owerner higher price to trap to sell. So average the adv. price and price agent told you is the actual value of RC right now :shock:
