藍澄單位個內籠都ok 靚

對酒店低層先靚 高層望落去好辛苦.
其實藍澄未執好咁交樓好似馬虎少少 不過無計 咁多個單位咁少工人.
算係咁啦 唔買都買左. 凡是向好方面諗.

Actually the landscape diagram in sales booklet is for reference only and is subject to Government's approval.

... but I think it is only because the artificial "beach" without sand (at this moment  :idea: Remember it is not completed yet!) which cause Mr. 中原 feels that 同樓書個人工海灘有出入.

The beach is around from the yellow staircase to the left hand side of the photo.

It can't tell it is good or no good. Think about the pool. It is ugly when there is no tree and water. It may give you diff. feeling after covered with sand. :wink:

佢其實都會想用d cheap D 既料
但佢又發覺材料大批咁買會有 discount 同平d 同一班工人做相類似既 installation 會快手d (熟能生巧)

個浴缸呢 係我係某酒店入面見到差唔多o個d
特色係比一般家用浴缸矮 走出走入都方便d
