Honestly speaking I would like to join the meeting too.  Although I will be a "brother" for my friends' wedding.  But I have told them I will be off for several hours on 21Feb for the meeting.  I live in Tsing Yi (near RC) for 2X years and very familiar with the environment arround RC.  And maybe helpful.
Any vacancy for me (1 person only).

Actually we do want all RC owner can join the meeting to share the experience and raise any questions for their concern. However as there is limited vancacy for the event as per requested by the developer. We are very very sorry that some owners cannot attend the meeting at this time. May I take this oppotunity to say SORRY for those who cannot join.

However we will gather your concern and report to you promptly after the meeting.

Roscoe we will put your name to the waiting list if any selected owener who cannot joint the meeting. Anyway any owner would like to joint the meeting but not be selected. Please raise out and we will try our best to arrange in the waiting list.
