thanks ttchan. by the way the 'Hang Cheong' agent told me that we can get our flat since mid-March according to our purchase order date. anyway i am not hurry to mov-in

應該係5/6/05係lawyer tell me的如果唔係發展商要賠錢。
lawyer also tell me rc已經出左入伙紙只欠政府批的滿意紙就可以收樓la。其實發展商都想我地快d收樓因為佢可以快D收$ ma 。

but one Branch Manager said to me from Centaline Property on last Sat (31 Jan) it should be on mid of March woo.... 8)
