今日陪朋友收樓...收昇悅居....
一百八十幾...六百幾呎....三十幾樓....向LCK方向...
觀察所得....質數唔錯...冇乜大問題.....
要贊贊會所好好有好多設施...... :mrgreen:
希望到時R.C都一樣咁好...(甚至更好...............

)
另外停車場$1500/月...

i see. that's why $2.9k per feet..
i don't have harbour view. so $2.1k per feet
