藍澄灣已經有入伙紙

徐建東賣藍澄灣賣得好開心
和黃地產今年久休復出賣青衣藍澄灣，結果銷情理想，和黃樓神徐建東昨日總結，話呢個盤累售逾九成，收23億現水，餘下不足200伙，而且今年只係有三個新盤售出超過1000個單位，藍澄灣係其中之一添。佢又話，中記於這個盤成績都好好，所以特別予以表揚。原來藍澄灣已經有入伙紙，等埋滿意紙就可入伙，所以明年起發展商因應樓花期縮短，將即供優惠由4%減至2%，而「好易供」亦同步取消，不過聖誕入市人士則繼續有不同數。

和 黃 地 產 副 董 事 總 經 理 徐 建 東 稱 ， 藍 澄 灣 乃 年 內 本 地 銷 情 最 快 突 破 一 千 伙 的 新 盤 ， 至 今 已 累 積 加 價 百 分 之 五 至 六 ， 套 現 逾 二 十 三 億 ， 目 前 僅 餘 最 後 約 一 百 五 十 伙 ， 平 均 呎 價 二 千 七 百 元 ， 由 於 剛 取 得 入 伙 紙 ， 樓 花 期 亦 縮 短 ， 故 下 月 一 日 起 將 即 供 樓 價 折 扣 減 至 百 分 之 二 ， 並 取 消 原 等 同 樓 價 約 百 分 之 一 的 「 好 易 供 」 優 惠 。

My decoration "See fu" also said I can ask for rework within one year.

裂痕 is only appearance problem sure not structural problem.
It's normal for all new building.

The maintainance is coming from my decloration "see fu".
Not from mangement office or Po Wah or HC.

My decloration "see fu" promise he can give me maintainance for 1 year.
I am not yet call him as I want to call him after all problem come out.

But I don't know if the decloration "see fu" will come and solve the problem since decoration "see fu" sometimes is also BS.

Hence it is not relative to the 收樓 day but only the decoration finishing day.
