for the 窗台改書桌 do you mean just put a wood at the top of 窗台? if yes it's ok. if you broken it law isn't allow.
broke the wall? but air-condition and some others things there.... think think.

for the wall you don't make it? just like the 示範單位 it's ok the air con is not there wor.

起wall整門和把細ROOM的窗台改成書桌一定要搵師傅wor how can I do it in other ways? any suggestions?
初初有想過用間wall櫃但看上去會令個廳細左so give up.
你會點整間屋呀?
