有份白色既 contract
好簡單 只係講幾時要俾到貨 幾耐保養 etc.

係呀基本上發展商未必知道 "恒昌"今次攪到噤架 :roll: 有陣時中途有咩改都好 "恒昌"都未必會如實報俾佢地知喇 :?: 真係唔老實呀旺我地禁多人初初係噤讚佢地既display真係可惜呀 :em16:

I have finished the 1st draft complaint letter for review.  Please comment and give your comments to me by e-mail.  

Also I have contacted the HK Marketing Dept of Hutchison today a staff called Mr. Chung.  He promised the he will follow the case and communicate with Hang Cheong........  8)

Thx Brian I have a look already no problem.
So do we gather in 13 or 14 to sign the letter?
Other who had joint the package any comment?

I hope to delay the complain until after 14 Dec.  I will go to Hang Cheong to select the furniture.  I want to ensure whether the complaint set out in my letter are right.  

I found that the serives of Hang Cheong was improved after our complaint in this site and my verbal complaint to the developer.   To order any errors  I will perform a details observation and understand the fact first this Sunday and then finalize the letter in Sunday night.

but I haven't experience any unfair treatment from Hang cheong by myself bor...just heard from this net only ja...
