Today I cliked to the site I found the price's range per feet is so differenent.  from $2100 - 2300 per feet.  I brought it higer than others for same flat. cry cry cry

在同一tower 同一floor 同一size 價錢都可以不同. 要再加上座向 景觀才能計算個樓價。

同一condition 的單位 價格無理由會跌. :?:

公開尺價是用9成按付款方法 4% Discount 後的價錢再除開面積計算出來.
之前抽籤(首推)單位一定要用9成按付款方法. 因為要上報紙.  :wink:
