I chose the payment term "lan C" (no discount) but they still gave me 3% discount on the flat.  I think you can bargin with Hutchison if you really want to buy RC. :em03:

我知每個plan有唔同discount 咁你減完3%之後有無再叫佢減多d呀??
我講agent幫我傾到減多 1.3%(我用政府個plan 你減完4%之後再減多 1.3%)囉

Actually the "lan C" have no discount because it is no need to pay the instalment for the first 15 months.  My agent said it was very special for me to have the 3% discount and he will give me an extra 1% rebate for the flat. (that means totally I got 4% discount for this transaction).  But up to now I have not yet receive the rebate from my agent.  (still waiting..........  : :cry
