我係8月中買既當時發展商送左以下物品:

1.  律師費 (數千) 及 厘印 ($23k)
2.  $39800 傢俬套餐
3.  相等於樓價 2% 的 coupon (本人選擇了$10k 百佳 $30k 豐澤)

係我個 agent 幫我叫發展商送既 個 agent 仲話其他人都係得 1% 既 coupon
而佢幫我到 2% 所以我都冇問佢回佣

Another HKD100 free coupon but should be spent at least HKD500.
The $100 coupon is not offered from agent but RC's buyer.
