如果係$150/月 可能係任玩掛..........有朋友係嘉湖山莊有會藉$250/年 不過享用設施就逐樣計..............

佢話入伙時送我地3個月免費會藉............不過又話入伙時部份設施可能未能啟用............咁隨時送左等於冇送

其實除非唔駛返工既人先可以係咁用盡d facilities o者我地要做野既寧願佢每次收錢啦.....

奇實會所設施屬於酒店真係冇壞呀起碼維修管理都唔駛係我地管理費度開刀而且佢實際有用既設又唔真係咁多有得佢擺係度封塵囉我相信如果酒店D住客知到玩乜鬼都要比錢佢都會考慮唔玩啦到時佢可能要用返個賤價求我地入會..哈哈 :em17:  :em17:

it seems that the maintenance cost of swimming pool and "skyway" garden should be deducted from our management fee.
