If we have a big order (same model) may be we can order from the whole seller. The price will be lower.. But all of our consumer product will be same.

I wish not necessarily be the same model.  Maybe we still can get discount when  bargain with a sole agent or sales office different models from the same brand can be chosen in this case.  :roll:

慳運費的話 最多都係一車車計 例如一車5.5T既貨車可以車五個單位既料
咁每人就慳左百幾蚊 不過其實做得呢行既人(泥水佬)都有自己既車....
所以運費亦所慳無幾(因為通常都唔會有一個separate既price係"運費")
相對地一板磚牆8000~10000不等 一百幾十只係占好少比率...
人工更加唔駛諗.....因為一間屋三工人計 兩間也要六工既人工........

而家生意難做 如果人地明知你係一定要起牆既話 可能死都唔減俾你...

As I know that when 泥水佬 do construction work in same conditions they can make a lower price from well control of material (reduce waste material) manpower (they gain how to speed-up). From my past experience if we going to one hotel room renovation (for mock-up) the price is much higher than 600 rooms normally will lower around 10-25%.

If the wall ask $10000. then we will have $1000 saving; but how many units in RC we don't know.

And we should ask several quotatoins from contractors BIG business generate from grouping of small units.
