I am using olympus C-730 resolution is 3.2M pixel. 10X optical and 5mm micro. digital view finder..... Only $2980.. but already no production. It is replace by new model 740 and 750. But I found a weakness point that is night shot is not so good. May be it is because the CCD quality circuit and PCB design and the max. apperture only have 2.8 Recently the Cannon A70 is pertty good only $2XXX. and the 3X optical 4mm micro and size is small only around 295g. And the battery is use AA size X4. I think this is very important. Because even you use up the battery you still can easy to buy a new one to replace them.

Actually if use the Flash at night. The photo quality will become very good. And the flash power can be adjust by manual. Actually many function in this camera. Most of the DC also has the problem as you said "色彩表現唔真實". Even the semi-professional DC also has this problem. Of couse is better than C-730 grade la..

Regarding the Pentex photo S actually I didn't try it. But in our company has Pentax optio 330 and 330XX.. the problem is battery life is too short and difficult to present the red and blue color. I am not sure the S version is improved or not. And also one of our company camera is already needs to repair( used one year) And after took back from repair shop. We found some noise when auto fous. The guy said this is normal situation. If want to repair this noise will cause a lot of money. Because he said the auto fous gears is together with the CCD. So that....only can replace a whole module. Very expensive...... Please consider if you want to buy Pentax product.

Is it needs few second for charging after you open the flash. If not fully charged it won't have flash even you chose the forced flash mode. Just for your reminder. May be you already check it.

Actually I am using C-730. But no this kind of problem found.

The LCD display of A80 is rotatable design. I like it and the price is not acceptable la...400M pixel....

And use the exclusive rechargable battery bor....Use AA battery is more better.. and convenient bor..

The capacity of 2A rechargable battery is going higher and higher and the price is lower and lower. Now 2100mAH(X4) with charger is only around $ 270. For only 4pcs rechagable battery also within $100 and even you use up the battery and forget to bring the backup battery. You still no need to worry because you can buy the alkaline battery for temp. use...  :em11:  :em11:
