I think they also got the english notice.
And if they live in Hong Kong it supposed they can read English (the most common international language in Hong Kong).
If they don't attain the meeting it is supposed they give up their right.
(It just same as the Chinese people who haven't attain the meeting yesterday night)
By the way it is difficult to know which apartment is living foreign people.
A Japnese family live just beside my home if we really think we needed to do that I can help.

雖然我好少留言，但我唔覺得網友在攪小圈子，因為呢個網係公開比大家上來討論有關RC的問題，只係部份居民無上來參與(至少都睇下其他人講咩)。
咁部份網友在呢年網上討論中都大約知道那個網友可以為大家做到O野，咁自然會投票比O的網友，比著我都會咁做。

係吖 同意.... 8)

其實每個委員 都肩負了各街坊的期望 換言之肩負了一定的責任 亦即係壓力.....所以各個委員不要因為別人的任意批評 而影響了你們為眾街坊服務的熱誠 我相信只要大家盡了力去做 最終都會得到別人的諒解及欣賞.......... :em19:

各位街坊 其實有冇諗過我地點解出黎選呀? 為名 :?:
其實大家如果有睇大廈公契 我諗大家都明白我地只系一個資詢性質 跟本一d權都冇 重可能吃力不討好.. :em18: 但系我地都要出黎選 因為我地有一個好好架平台 而尼個平台也不是封閉的 每個人都可以上黎發表意見及提出問題 例如交通 蚊虫或拉圾等很多的問題 都系因為响尼道發表後再出信去各政府機構後事情才得以解決 在此嗚謝g-net背後所作出的貢獻 所以 每個人也可以在這裡發表問題再經大家討論後將這些聲音直接帶入去管理處 因此我地要更加珍惜尼個平台為所有業主爭取權益 唔好好似以前甘叫天不應 叫地不聞 所以尼個系咪小圈子就大家自己諗啦 :!:
