Is it too late to stop BMO to sign the contract? It is not acceptable   :twisted:

What is the amount? prepaid a lum sum fr our special fund? paid by BMO monthly? Any more information from your meeting with BMO?

就當佢未簽 但都好快會簽 因為會趁我地未入伙 未有業主會 未有法團 未夠人去逼佢唔好簽住 等所有業主表態之後先簽 ...

未必一定反對人多 可能到時贊成既人多呢? 可惜管理公司似乎唔會俾我地千五個業主自己投票決定 ...

除非我地 sure 佢咁係違競爭法 唔係呢 係現階段無咩法阻止 ...

如果唔係有機阻止佢 搞大件事都無用
不過最低限度我地可以聯署去表達我地既不滿 ...
