去証明現任既業委do nothing 否則我同billy一樣都係反對重選

如果你係無証據去証明現任業委有遺反到他們的業委守則 而提出呢個動議的話
我只係會覺得係因為個人的私慾而要罷免業委 同時我會覺得呢個行為
嚴重地不尊重上一次業主大會的議決囉

by the way 第一篇文所講及既野 我認為你可以考慮用上 "舉行下一任業委會
委員選舉" instead of "重選業委會委員"囉.....兩句說話 絕對有分別....
即使你覺得無分別 但係其它人睇一定會有誤會囉 除非你事實係想

重吾重選吾重要，等如陳偉業成日丙董建華，要佢落台。但落台又點，有沒有更好方法來去攪好香港呢？業委會只不個係一個中間人，代表居民跟管理公司相討同埋積極改善。凡事必有恩果若然至少有一個人提出或者話業委會做得吾好，或者用其他方法，其他媒體，或者去政府部門投訴業委會，就己經足夠。作為業委就要正面勇於承擔，或者賞試自我儉討。用少少時間儉討一下業委會這半年裡面做得對與錯，方向同目標正吾正確。並非提出者沒有說服力並非業主就落哂防護網來去名節保身，相反我認為少少批評業委會都可以接受及正視。

You pleased some BUT at the same time you upset some.
Therefore we need to figure out the majority. As I said in the past this only the will of most of RC residents. The minority should be considerated
& accepted. According to my mind the majority & minority have had a argument already so it's not a right time to discuss.

如果開業主大會我都同意但要重選或罷免現任既業委好似無必要同不會有太多人支持我想大家都係care RC 同不滿管業處多

我都agree....

我始終覺得 而家ge業委會己經做左好多野...例如大堂個冷氣 換清潔公司 計劃中ge村巴同有線電視......都係業委會幫手 佢地已經做得好好 無須要重選業委員!!

好似G-NET所講 有業主可能想做 有落選業主可能想再選 咁佢地可以等下一屆....如果你話而家召開業主大會 都要等到11、12月先開到 剛好滿一年 (先旨聲明 我係唔知現任業委做幾多年0架!!) 假設佢地任期係一年 咁呢次就唔係重選 係叫"選新一屆業主委員會"....有分別0架!!
