咁你又唔使咁擔心 發展商同恒昌比你的時間當然比預期長
你收了樓未？
以我來說 有關人士講 發展商大約在8-10就可以同我執番間屋(我都希望佢講真)
而恒昌大約1個星期左右 就算比夠2個星期佢 我諗係下個月都可以搬入去0既
希望我地快d係rc見啦.......

It depends on the number and type of defects. The actual days will be different. The defects may involve different sub-contractors. Even the contractor cannot tell you immediately (he need to collect the information from different sub-con) and so just give you a rough number of days.
