we must reflect our concern to the management office and ask them to set the rules or a effective system to improve the situation asap...it's their responsibility.......we need professional management team and services...... 8)
and I really don't know why the management office of RC is so bad that I don't think any other estates of 長江 have such a bad management service........  :evil:
