You can test it! Turn on the fan (in Bath room) then use a A4 paper if it can 'stick' on the fan cover which means it's normal. If not you can call them for repair. Let's try it !!!!

我是B單位，上次統一處理時已經整過，但看來還是經不起考驗，前幾天大雨又漏了，聯繫了管理處仍是那個作風-一拖再拖......無限彷徨中
有沒有其他住戶有這情況？
