i agree that we should give them 四星期執漏期 actually i accept the response from 管理公司. The fault is on 發展商或建築商. But i suggest to prepare the complaint letter from now. We can discuss the details of complaint letter here and then send it if they can't give us satisfty flat on 四星期執漏期.

I contacted my friend who is a registered architect in HK. she help me to write a complaint letter which will be sent tomorrow to Hutchison. She believed that they will take some repsonse in this issue!
My friend also teach me that we can send more complaint letters or fax the complaint letter to Hutchison ! In normal circumstance they will do something in order to protect thier reputation!
