Maybe what we have done does not have "legal ground" however we need to show to BMO that we will/can create a significant "voice" to the media/public.
What we fight for at least: -
1) Clear ALL defect as reported;
2) Provide grounds and revise the Club House Monthly Fee; etc...
Thus we should gather first discuss and mark down those items prepare a letter jointly sign by concerned owner and send to BMO developer Hutchsion Whampoa and some media and most important is councillor (as Sept. will have election they must work for us to fight for "ticket" from the public)
I am okay on this Sat 1500.... how about other member and place of gathering? (maybe restaurant or some palce we can discuss may not be in RC also okay)
